CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A Cheyenne man is being charged with grand theft after reportedly stealing more than $12,000 worth of silver from a safe and reselling it in Colorado. Cheyenne Police, in a criminal affidavit filed by an officer, identified the suspect as Eric Crusch, born 1987.
