The 20-year-old man suspected of crashing into a group of children on a school camp in Vogelwaarde last month, killing three kids and a teacher, has a long list of “serious traffic violations” on his record, according to a report from the court’s chambers.
The man suspected of a fatal accident in Zeeland (the Netherlands) had previously been found guilty of numerous traffic violations and dangerous driving.
