BALL, La. (WNTZ) - A Ball woman has been arrested following an investigation by the Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office into an identity theft case involving more than $7,000 in stolen funds. Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office, following an overwhelming number of tips, identified Donald Ray Vicknair Jr., 52, as the suspect in an investigation of a store theft, TPSO reported.
