RCMP has arrested one suspect after a suspicious house fire broke out in North Saanich Wednesday afternoon. Sidney/North Saanich RCMP was called just before 2 p.m. to the 8900 block of Lochside Drive for a report of a home on fire. Crews from North Saanich, Sidney and Central Saanich Fire Departments all responded. Firefighters blocked off Lochside Dr. from the McTavish Road roundabout to Amity Drive in both directions as they battled the blaze.…
