Social scientists have found out from the Ukrainians who should make the final decision on the territorial concessions.
Most Ukrainians interviewed allowed territorial concessions for the sake of long-term peace, subject to security guarantees from the US and European partners, with 57% supporting cessation of hostilities and the search for compromise in negotiations, and the sociological group Rating obtained such results in a study from October 3-5.
