As established by the Constitution, the Upper House began the analysis of the constitutional accusation (AC) for notable abandonment of duties against Supreme Court Minister Diego Simpertigue Limare, today suspended from office.
The magistrate will not be able to hold public office for 5 years, following the scandal of the Belarusian doll that was brought to him by the constitutional accusation.
