Heber City preliminary election results: Incumbent Heidi Franco leads the count for mayor

Incumbent Heidi Franco appears to have won the mayoral seat in Heber City with 2,155 votes, or about 53%. According to preliminary results released around 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Franco seems to have won out over Heber City Councilor Scott Phillips, who received 1,891 votes, or almost 48%, by the end of Election Day.
