Summerville Town Council holds final reading on Hate Intimidation Ordinance

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCBD)-- Summerville town council is set to have a second and final reading on a hate intimidation ordinance which would create stiffer penalties for anyone who commits a crime with the intent to intimidate someone based on racial bias or hate towards another person or group.
