SUBMITTER. Ageism in the Swedish labor market is both an individual and a societal problem. Age discrimination is not only reported by older people, but also by young people. In a survey conducted as part of the Youth, Old Age and Intergenerational Connections on the Path to Work project, the areas where they experienced discrimination were primarily the work sphere. Most often, it was underestimation and various forms of exploitation.
