Subjects captured causing blackouts in Santiago Momoxpan, San Pedro Cholula

This fact has caused blackouts in several colonies of the auxiliary board of Santiago Momoxpan in San Pedro Cholula. The fact has been captured by surveillance cameras, and in the videos one can observe a subject pulling off the cables and seconds later the light goes off in 4 streets. Municipal security authorities reported that they already investigate to find those responsible, also invited to identify these subjects to denounce them.
