The City of Sturgeon Bay is considering new pedestrian safety measures after a fatal crash.According to NBC 26's previous reporting, a 73-year-old driver was turning left when she focused on a group of pedestrians at one crosswalk, and did not see a 75-year-old woman crossing another crosswalk.Emergency crews found the 75-year-old unresponsive in the south portion of the 3rd Avenue and Michigan Street intersection.
