“Stupid and sad”: a scandal broke out near Yekaterinburg over the monument to Lenin

Ivan Zernov, Chairman of the Verkhnyaya Pyshma City Council, denied information about plans to build a skate park near the monument to Vladimir Lenin in the park near the Metallurg House of Culture (DK) on Uspensky Prospekt. According to him, “visualizing skateboarders is someone's bad joke,” according to the City Hall's website.
