Study links epigenetic markers to cardiovascular risk in type 2 diabetes

SKÅNE, SWEDEN, AUG 7 – Researchers developed a DNA methylation score that predicted cardiovascular complications in 102 of 752 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients over seven years.
