Stripe-led payments blockchain Tempo goes live with AI agent protocol
Tempo launched its mainnet and an open-source protocol to enable fast, low-cost stablecoin payments and autonomous AI agent transactions, supporting cross-border and large-group payouts.
- On Wednesday, Tempo launched its mainnet, moving its Stripe- and Paradigm-backed stablecoin payment system into live use and introduced the open-source Machine Payments Protocol co-developed with Stripe.
