A total of 163 train departures are canceled on Sunday due to the train strike, the company Vy reports on its website. The train routes affected in Eastern Norway are Spikkestad-Lillestrøm. Stabekk-Ski, Asker-Kongsvinger, Stabekk-Moss, and Drammen-Lillehammer. In Western Norway, trains will be canceled between Bergen and Arna. In addition, departures between Oslo S and Halden/Gothenburg will be canceled.
The train drivers are striking for pay and the opportunity to control their own working hours and free time. For Thorbjørn Stensrud, the latter is the most important thing.
