Great Places has completed on contracts with housebuilder Strata to partner in delivering 53 affordable homes at Lutterworth Drive in Doncaster. Supported by Homes England Strategic Partnership 2 funding, the development will provide homes for social rent and includes a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom properties, including bungalows, semi-detached and terraced homes.
