The Strasbourg Administrative Court rejected Daniil Mukhametov's appeal, who refused his mission order for the Russian army. He was again expelled by France to Lithuania, where he could be returned to Russia.
After fleeing his country to escape his enlistment in the Russian army in March 2025, young Daniil Mukhametov, only 22 years old, had pleaded his case at the administrative court in Strasbourg on 17 June in order not to be extradited to Lithuania. The court decided this Friday 26 June: the Russian will be entrusted to the Lithuanian authorities.
