HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - A raccoon was freed from a storm drain in Holyoke on Monday by police officers with the help of a concerned resident. Holyoke Police Chief Brian Keenan said that on Monday, officers in front of the Holyoke Police Department were waved down by Fernando Rivera, Jr., who reported seeing a raccoon stuck in a storm drain in Heritage Park.
