MARSHALL COUNTY, Minn. — A multi-felony theft case against a Strandquist, Minnesota, man was dismissed after his co-defendant took responsibility for financially exploiting her mother. Jeffrey Lars McHam, 66, was charged in June 2024 with one count of financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult, breaching fiduciary obligation and failing to provide care.
