MOUNTAIN VIEW, Ark. — A Stone County man has been arrested in connection with an $87,500 generator purchase that officials say was never fulfilled. Charles Summers, 59, of Mountain View, was taken into custody on August 22, 2025, on a warrant from Izard County Circuit Court for theft of property, a Class B felony.
