The City of Ithaca says Stewart Avenue will be closed to through traffic on Friday morning from 8am to about noon for clearing of brush and grass along the roadside. The closure is between Fall Creek Drive and Thurston Avenue, just north of Fall Creek on Ithaca’s east hill.
