Steven Lautt brings local roots and legal depth to new judgeship

MINOT, ND (KXNET) — A new face is stepping onto the bench in the North Central Judicial District Court. Governor Kelly Armstrong has appointed Minot attorney Steven Lautt to fill the vacancy left by longtime Judge Douglas Mattson. The appointment came in June, but starting Monday, is when the Minot native will officially put on the robe.
