State sidewalk project on Highway 37 Bypass to avoid wetland, connect bike paths

MITCHELL — One way or another, the bike paths will connect. The Mitchell City Council approved an agreement on Monday, Jan. 5, with the South Dakota Department of Transportation (DOT) for wetland property along Highway 37 Bypass sought for a sidewalk project.
