The Paris Administrative Court has symbolically condemned the State for not having implemented for two decades what it advocates in the field of sexuality and emotional life education in schools. A victory in half-tone that does not quench criticism of the reality of this teaching on the ground.
The administrative court in Paris acknowledged that the state had not organised, until 2025, the sessions of education for emotional, relational and sexual life, although provided for by law.

In March 2023, a collective consisting of Family Planning, Sidaction and SOS homophobia had filed an appeal against the State for non-application of the 2001 law.
The State was found guilty of "failure to do so" for failing to fulfil its obligations with regard to education for emotional, relational and sexual life (Evars) at school.
