LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- City leaders will break ground Wednesday morning on a new five-story parking garage at the Las Vegas Arts District. Construction begins at 9 a.m. on July 30 at the corner of Casino Center Boulevard and Utah Avenue, where a 500-space garage will replace a former surface lot.
