The shutdown of Spirit Airlines is taking its toll on Arnold Palmer Regional Airport in Latrobe. Spirit ended its operations earlier this month and had been Arnold Palmer’s only commercial carrier. Airport Authority Director Moe Haas says that 25 workers have been laid off from their jobs at the airport and that TSA is ending service there in the next 90 days.
