Slovenian film is richer by two awards. Petra Seliškar's documentary The Mountain Will Not Move won the award for best socio-environmental film at the Guadalajara International Film Festival in Mexico, while Katarina Stegnar was awarded in Belgrade.
Slovenian discus thrower Kristjan Ceh won the Paavo Nurmi Games in Turku with a time of 70.61.
Petra Seliškar's feature-length documentary The Mountain Will Not Move won the award for best socio-environmental film at the Guadalajara International Film Festival in Mexico. Actress Katarina Stegnar, meanwhile, received a special mention from the jury for her role in Sonja Prosenc's Salvation for Beginners at the Balkan Film Directing Festival in Belgrade.
