European Council President Antonio Costa called on Serbia to align its foreign and security policy with the EU and implement reforms in Belgrade today, as he kicked off his tour of the Western Balkans. Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, meanwhile, expressed his commitment to European integration, but stressed that as president of Serbia he serves only the Serbian people.
