STA: Consumer centers have concerns about proposed reform of air passenger rights

The European Commission's planned changes to the European regulation on passenger rights in the event of flight cancellations or delays would close legal loopholes at the expense of passengers' fundamental rights, warns the European Consumer Centres Network. It stresses that the reform would significantly reduce the number of passengers entitled to compensation.
