STA: Conditions on the German Labor Market Slightly More Favorable in May

The labor market barometer for both the Old Continent and Lithuania changed little in May, so the situation should remain stable over the next three months.

The situation on the German labor market improved slightly in May, according to the latest survey by the Munich-based Ifo economic institute. The employment indicator rose by 1.2 points to 95.2 points compared to April. In industry, the indicator rose for the fifth consecutive month, the institute announced today.
