SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - A Springfield man has been charged in a hit-and-run that resulted in the death of a cyclist on Parker Street. According to the Hampden District Attorney's Office, 46-year-old Carlos Reyes of Springfield was arraigned Monday afternoon in Springfield District Court.
