It's an unsettled start for parts of the state, as heavy rain and storms since 10 p.m., mainly south, are creating flash flooding issues. Several counties have received between 5" to 8" inches over the past several hours including parts of Monroe, Lawrence, Brown, Martin, Daviess and Jackson counties.
