Speeding through Liverpool Borough a concern

Liverpool Borough Council was requested by a resident to reduce the speed limit along Route 11/15 that runs through the borough. Frequent accidents and safety concerns were noted.Council members, at their May 21 meeting, explained that such a change would required PennDOT involvement. While past efforts to engage the state agency have yielded limited success, council agreed to have the zoning officer inquire further.
