Speech From the Throne: None of the Opposition Parties Are Committed to Supporting the Speech From the Throne

Neither the Conservative Party, the Bloc Québécois, the New Democratic Party (NDP) nor the Green Party were ready to commit themselves on Tuesday to vote for the Speech from the Throne. This is the first vote of confidence that Mark Carney's minority government will face in the coming days.
