HOLYOKE – A long-established school specializing in teaching children with dyslexia and other language-based learning disabilities will close at the end of the year. In December, officials at Curtis Blake Day School notified the state Department of Elementary and Secondary Education that enrollment had dropped to 10 students, making the program no longer financially viable, said Jacqueline Reis, the department's communications director.
