SPARC AI Announces Results of Annual General and Special Meeting
Shareholders approved a three-director board, reappointed DMCL LLP as auditor and renewed equity incentive plans for long-term compensation.
On Tuesday, August 25, 2026, Vancouver-based SPARC AI launched the Overwatch Positioning Network, a service providing drones with GPS-independent positioning without onboard software or hardware.
By ingesting drone telemetry via API, Overwatch returns accurate coordinates in less than one second, avoiding the deployment challenges conventional GPS-denied systems require across every airframe and fleet.
SPARC AI has engaged Ukrainian drone manufacturers to validate the network in contested environments, positioning the platform for expansion into allied markets.
Shareholders at the August 24, 2026 meeting elected Anoosh Manzoori, Chief Executive Officer, Anthony Haberfield, and Donald William Hilton as directors, with each granted 200,000 stock options.
These equity grants, the first for management in more than three years, balance rewarding performance with long-term focus as the Company executes its defense technology strategy.
