David "Jay-jay" Suarez took his oath Monday as senior deputy speaker of the House of Representatives.He took oath before Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez during the House's plenary session.Suarez was one of the deputy speakers who were elected during the July 29 plenary session.
