[Haebaru] Yonaha No. 2 Nursery School in Haebaru town made yushi tofu on June 24th as part of Food Education Month. With Takemasa Oshiro from the NPO 10,000 Chatterers Conference as the instructor, the children learned about the process of turning soybeans into yushi tofu and then actually made it. The children learned that there are many processed soybean foods, such as tofu, natto, soy sauce, miso, and soybean flour.
