EBENSBURG, Pa. (WTAJ) — A South Fork murder suspect was back in court Wednesday. Austin Kline is accused of killing Richard Morgan, of Altoona, after hiring him to help do excavation work back in 2023. Morgan's body was later found in a shed on the property.
