Ward E Councilmember James Solomon says his campaign has nearly $1 million in cash on hand, part of a larger effort that has raised close to $1.2 million ahead of the November Jersey City mayoral election.According to Solomon’s campaign, nearly $400,000 was raised in the most recent quarter.
