The MRC of Charlevoix-Est wishes to enter into a lease with Nutrinor–Gilbert Renewable energy for the installation of a photovoltaic park on the now unused land of its technical landfill (LET). The site, with an area of nearly four hectares, is currently an unexploited liability that the MRC wishes to transform into an asset generating economic benefits for the municipalities of the territory.
