There was a fire at Mooste Manor School

On Tuesday morning, a fire broke out on the second floor of the Mooste Manor House, which is used by Mooste School in Põlva County. Due to timely response, about a dozen students and teachers were able to be quickly evacuated from the building.

The school day for a dozen students at Mooste School had yet to begin Tuesday morning when a blathering fire alarm interrupted as a normal school week. When a gray mass of smoke crawled on the second floor to the teacher who had gone to investigate the matter, he quickly ordered the entire school crowd out of the house.

The emergency services responded on Monday morning to investigate the smell of smoke at Södermalmsskolan in Kristinehamn.
