Smithers starts process of updating 'good neighbour' bylaws

Smithers is making some moves to update and consolidate some bylaws including ones that deal with noise, nuisance, and property maintenance. At the July 28 regular meeting of council, councillors gave first, second and third reading to the Good Neighbour Bylaw.
