Workers at Sunvalley Mall in Concord are calling for more security after a smash-and-grab robbery ended with an employee getting pepper sprayed. Concord police are seeking three smash-and-grab robbers who stole merchandise from a Sunvalley Mall jewelry kiosk Wednesday and pepper sprayed an employee.
