Small power outages have been reported this afternoon north of Havelock and Marmora along the Highway 7 corridor. The broader Quinte region experienced heavy rain and thunderstorms late this morning and into early this afternoon. Hydro One has reported that 170 customers are without power in the Round Lake and Rush Point area, which is north of Havelock.
