(Reuters) -Slovakia is close to a deal with Washington that would see U.S. company Westinghouse build a new nuclear reactor in the central European country, Prime Minister Robert Fico said on Tuesday.
The Czech Republic is showing Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Finland how to get rid of the Russians from their nuclear plants. The first fuel assemblies from the American company Westinghouse have arrived at the nuclear power plant in Dukovany. This is an important step in the efforts of our southern neighbors to diversify their nuclear fuel supplies.
