A selection of Victoria’s downtown streets will be closed to drivers on July 1 as the city celebrates Canada Day. Victoria Police said the 500 block of Belleville Street between Menzies and Government streets will close to vehicle traffic around 6 a.m. Depending on the size of the Canada Day crowd, Government Street between Wharf and Superior streets will be blocked off, while Belleville Street could close between Douglas and Government streets.…
