Fallen Lorain Police Officer Phillip Wagner Honored with Purple Heart and Medal of Honor
CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, JUL 30 – Phillip Wagner was honored with the Purple Heart and Medal of Honor after being ambushed in a shooting that also wounded two other officers, officials said.
