Gilbert Man Dies in Eloy Skydiving Accident
PHOENIX — A Gilbert resident, 46-year-old Shawn Bowen, died on Saturday following a skydiving accident in Eloy, officials said. According to Eloy police, Bowen attempted a wingsuit jump around 11:40 a.m., but his parachute did not deploy, resulting in a fatal impact. Authorities found Bowen unresponsive at the scene, and he was pronounced dead from injuries sustained during the landing. Source
