JACKSON, Miss. (WXXV)- The Mississippi Highway Patrol has welcomed 38 new cadets. Cadet Class 69 graduated from the Law Enforcement Officers Training Academy after 18 weeks. Cadets took the oath to become state troopers and serve the state of Mississippi.
